Is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator at The American European Plastic Surgery Clinic. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, and maintaining patient records. They will also assist in providing information about procedures, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, doctors, and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
> Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff, including conveying complex medical information in an understandable manner.> Manage patient records and documentation with the utmost confidentiality and attention to detail.
