This is a full-time on-site role at Faces & Braces Dental Clinic located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Care Specialist will be responsible for providing patient care, managing patient appointments and follow-ups, documenting medical records, and responding to patient inquiries. The Patient Care Specialist is fully responsible to provide top-class service from the beginning till the end of patient's journey at the dental facility.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field is preferred

Role Description
Tasks & Duties:
> Identify situations where patients require additional attention.
> Liaise with patients to provide services to patients.
> Manage patients' feedback and enquiries.
> Monitor inventories of non-clinical items.
> Assist in reporting or analyzing of department's or clinic's statistics and data.
> Participate in the execution of designated emergency response tasks.
> Perform online/Telecom bookings.
> Perform patient registration and discharge.
> Perform payment collection procedures.
> Liaise with Dental Laboratory
> Coordinate with consultation rooms and doctors
> Prepare patients for physical examination or minor procedures to be performed by doctors.
> Prepare patients' records and documentation pre- and post consultation and procedures
> Communicate upcoming treatment plan / schedule with patients after consultation with the doctors.
> Provide patient and caregiver education where necessary.
> Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary.
> Reconcile daily monetary transactions.
> Schedule appointments for patients.
