Leading eyewear retailer, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Optometrist to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for style, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect pair of glasses, we want to hear from you!
As an Optical Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers and clients. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about optics, has excellent interpersonal skills, and possesses a strong understanding of optical products and solutions.
Responsibilities
> Engage with customers to understand their unique optical needs and requirements.
> Conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretation.
> Diagnose and Refer in cases of severe Ocular Diseases.
> Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
> Recommend appropriate Customer follow-up and care options.
> Answer questions and provide advice to patients regarding vision and optical issues.
> Direct staff and assist in the development of the overall practice.
> Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and products to provide cutting-edge solutions.
> Responsible for driving business growth and achieve revenue targets.
> Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
> Engage with customers to understand their eyewear needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
> Offer expert advice on frame styles, lens options, and coatings to suit individual tastes and prescriptions.
> Assist customers in selecting eyewear that complements their face shape, skin tone, and personal style.
> Conduct thorough measurements and fittings to ensure precise and comfortable eyewear selection.
> Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and concisely.
> Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and stay updated with the latest eyewear trends and industry advancements.
> Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
> Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
> Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the eyewear display area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
> Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and foster a positive work environment.
