Responsibilities:
> The individual’s primary duty is to maintain the functionality of clinical equipment within the hospital premises by following a thorough Medical Equipment Management Plan.
> A key aspect of the role involves conducting preventive maintenance on medical equipment strictly following manufacturer guidelines and hospital procedures. They will handle various tasks, including installing, maintaining, calibrating, and repairing biomedical equipment, showcasing independence and minimal need for supervision.
> Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of equipment inventory to support effective management practices.
> Proficiency in Biomedical Engineering
> Familiarity with Best Practices in Biomedical Engineering
> Competence in Calibration
> Expertise in Equipment Maintenance
> Knowledge of Healthcare Technology Trends
> Understanding of Medical Equipment Systems
> Experience with New Equipment Installations
> Ability to conduct Preventive
> Maintenance Inspections> Awareness of Product Safety Regulations> Capable of developing and delivering Training sessions
