Responsibilities:
> Coordinate patient care activities to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients.
> Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and families to address concerns and facilitate communication.
> Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
> Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
> Educate patients and families on available services, procedures, and resources.

> Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
> Team player and flexible.
> Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
