Responsibilities:
>Serve as a subject matter expert on our surgical product portfolio, including surgical instruments, and equipment.
>Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff.
>As one of the sales team need to develop and execute strategic plans for product promotion and market penetration.
>Stay up to date with the latest advancements in surgical technology and competitor products.
>Provide training to customers on the safe and effective use of our surgical products.
>Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify customer needs and contribute to product development and improvement.
>Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent the company and showcase our surgical products.
>Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs, to support product launches and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
>Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, techniques, and equipment.
>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to various stakeholders.
>Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
>Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.
