• Generate Sales Leads: Identify and prospect potential B2B customers within the cosmetics industry, such as beauty salons, spas, pharmacies, dermatology clinics, nutrition stores, retail stores, supermarkets, hotels, and other beauty or wellness centers.

• Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs. Prepare and present customized sales proposals, including pricing, terms, and contract negotiations.

• Utilize various strategies such as cold calling, networking, attending industry conferences, and leveraging existing relationships to generate leads and close deals.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Market Research and Analysis: Continuously monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information & reporting. Monitor the market for new business opportunities, industry developments, and emerging trends.

• Provide personalized recommendations and product training based on the customer's skin type, concerns, and desired outcomes.

• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and up-to-date sales records, including customer contacts, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.

• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management as required, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses, forecasts & any other reports required by the management.

• Insuring market coverage focusing on all client types/sectors and covering your allocated sales territory.

• Maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the products to be a reliable source of information to the customers, and to close deals.

• Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

• Commitment to the job & to apply company strategies and policies.

• Punctuality with regard to due dates and any requested plans.

• Wear appropriate formal attire and adhere to grooming standards.

• Focus on sales of all handled portfolio of products.

• Proven experience of 3-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare UAE industry

• In-depth knowledge of skin care products, ingredients, and their benefits for different skin types.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer profiles.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in outdoor sales.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories to meet with customers, and attend industry events and trainings.

• Bachelor's degree in cosmetology, pharmacy, chemistry, beautician, business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• Availability for occasional travel to attend events, trade shows, and product launches.

• Aesthetician or skincare certification shall be a plus (preferred but not mandatory).

• Preferably a Female candidate, but not mandatory.

• UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• UAE (in the relevant field): 3 years (Preferred)

• UAE driving license (Required)
