Seeking an experienced Optometrist with a valid MOH Eligibility to join our team at Al Falah Optics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality optometric services to our customers. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
>Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including assessments of visual acuity, refraction, binocular vision, and ocular health.
>Prescribe and dispense corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other optical aids.
>Dispensing and selling optical frames, contact lenses, and sunglasses.
>Provide expert advice on proper eye care, including hygiene, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments.
>Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technology to assess and monitor eye health and visual function.
>Stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry.
>Checking optical frames and contact lenses for accuracy and comfort.
>Advising customers on eyewear options, optical lenses, and contact lenses.
>Conduct thorough contact lens fittings, ensure proper fit, comfort, and vision correction. Educate patients on lens insertion, removal, cleaning, and maintenance.
>Achieving the sales targets with regards to selling optical frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and other accessories.
>Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and guidelines.
>Supporting sales staff in their day-to-day transactions.
>Performing in-shop inventory and ordering stock.
>Maintaining general cleanliness and hygienic standards.
>Liaising with sales representatives from eye care product suppliers
Requirements
>Good knowledge of lenses & other eyewear products
>Strong knowledge of vision conditions, diseases, and their management.
>Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic equipment and technology.
>Attention to detail and excellent clinical judgment.
>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
>Good personality & immaculately groomed

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Optometry
Candidate Country: Any Nationality
Job Period: Full Time
Licence: Valid MOH/ DHA License
Language: Excellent communication (including spoken & written English). Arabic is an advantage
